Well the news from the second opinion was just what I wanted to hear. He said that he does not think I need a bone graft. He said the bone may take a year to heal fully, and it doesn't matter because it is essentially a non-weight bearing bone. So that makes up my mind....no bone graft. I will, however, be going in to have the screws taken out in the next couple of weeks.

In other news, I met with my boss, and I've got lots to work on, so I'll update more later.
