I did it! Well I did it. I got up early yesterday and voted on my way to work. I had a good feeling that the democrats were going to take over once again. It's only a matter of time before the people want a change. Unfortunately that means that sometime in the future the Reblicans will once again take over, but for now the Democrats are it. I've always been a Deomcrat. My mother was a Democrat and we believed in the same things. I've never even CONSIDERED voting Republican. Ever since I was a little girl and knew anything about the two parties, I've always pictured Democrats as the fun teacher that plays educational games in class, and Republicans were the stodgy old grumpy principles sitting in their offices with frowns on their faces all the time. Isn't that funny? Anyway, I voted and I'm glad that my Governor Granholm was re-elected as well as our Senator Debbie Stabenow. It was a mud slinging year but the two of them pulled it out and they did so without stooping to the level of their competitors. Not that I needed a quiz to tell me, but I did take one on what party I am. Here are the results:
